Insurance:
Renters are responsible for their own liability and physical damages to the cars. When renting a car, renters must prove and verify with their insurers that coverage is provided for the vehicle being rented.
Age Requirement:
Renters must be a minimum of 21 and over with a clean driving record - this includes no major moving violations, DUI or DWI convictions, or any similar violations.
Delivery and Pick Up:
Delivery and pick up are provided at no additional cost to anywhere in the New York tristate area. Please inquire for delivery/pick up at other locations in the United States. All delivery/pick up locations are confirmed 24 hours prior to scheduled times, any change within 24 hours of a scheduled rental will be subject to a surcharge.
Cancellation Policy:
Our vehicles are in high demand and as a result you must notify Rent A Ferrari a minimum of 7 days prior to your scheduled rental if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we are notified withini 3 days of your scheduled rental or are not at the delivery location, you will be charged 100% of the rental cost.
In rare cases, Rent A Ferrari reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee due to severe weather conditions that would endanger the renter and the rental.
Tickets and Fees:
The renter is responsible for any tickets or fees issued while renting the vehicle including penalties, towing charges, and impound costs.
Prohibited Use:
Rental cars are not allowed to be used for:
- Illegal street racing
- Push or tow anything
- Unpaved road surface
- Racetracks or road course
Mileage:
Our rentals include 100 miles per day and 800 miles per week. Each additional mile over the alloted amount is subject to charge.
